The objective of this position is to function as a reliable constituent of the financial department. What will I be doing?
The F&B Cost Controller evaluates Food & Beverage expenditures and oversight elements to guarantee the execution of economical strategies across the Food & Beverage division. This individual generates diverse accounts and leads weekly briefings to keep sectors and executives informed of patterns and expenditure variables. Specifically, you will be held accountable for executing the following duties to superior benchmarks:
- Organizes and manages maneuvers to be carried out to rectify operations detrimental to the financial success of our food & beverage division.
- Aids in any other manner considered essential for the productive general functioning of the Finance Department in total adherence to the procedural, legal, and formal structure.
- Functions as a commercial associate with all resort fiscal staff constituents and the F&B sector.
- Engages in all pertinent Finance educational and growth schemes. In the event of a combined professional function, any accountability related to combined professional outlines will be enforced per Hilton’s duty separation guidelines.
