HR Executive (Resourcing & Training)
We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and self-driven professional with high ethical standards to join our organization as HR Executive (Resourcing & Training). - Comprehend departmental hiring requirements and devise promotional and selection tactics through management consultations to ensure seamless departmental functioning.
- Draft internal and outside job postings containing all essential details. Oversee and execute all preliminary hiring protocols, such as contacting applicants, coordinating health screenings, and securing law enforcement clearances.
- Plan and manage professional interview sessions and perform background inquiries and educational validations for potential hires.
- Preserve and refresh the applicant repository and deliver precise hiring data for executive review.
- Manage workforce count data, draft essential paperwork for staffing consultations, and uphold current staffing budgets and organizational diagrams; track personnel totals throughout the calendar year. Evaluate hiring data and offer consistent observations and briefings to leadership.
- Administer the full cycle of EPF/ETF enrollments and benefit requests punctually and in accordance with regulations.
- Support the pinpointing of organizational learning and growth requirements based on evaluations, competency audits, and corporate goals. Manage the logistics of internal and outside educational sessions, seminars, and growth programs.
- Assist in measuring the impact of learning initiatives and the creation of educational summaries.
- Lead the introductory and onboarding schemes for incoming personnel.
- Construct, examine, and refresh HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and help with the regular updates of the HR Handbook.
- Compose formal correspondence, internal memos, behavioral documentation, and other private files while ensuring systematic archiving and filing.
- Plan and manage staff wellbeing and social events in collaboration with the Senior Manager – HR & Administration.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in HR Management, Corporate Administration, Management, or an equivalent discipline with 12 months of experience in a leadership role.
- Vocational HR certification or a Master’s degree is considered a plus.
- Competence in utilizing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Advanced digital and technological literacy.
