Guest Relations Agent | Courtyard by Marriott Colombo

At Courtyard by Marriott Colombo, we believe the first impression is the most important one. We are looking for a welcoming and energetic Guest Relations Agent to be the face and voice of our property. This isn’t just about answering phones—it’s about making every guest feel like a priority.

In this role, you are the “go-to” person for our visitors. Whether they need a local restaurant recommendation, extra towels, or help resolving a technical issue in their room, you are the one who makes it happen. You’ll be the central hub, connecting guests with our Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Desk teams to ensure every stay is seamless.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • The Ultimate Insider: You’ll provide guests with directions and details about hotel amenities, operating hours, and the best local activities Colombo has to offer.
  • The Problem Solver: You will take guest requests or concerns, relay them to the right department (like Bellstaff or Security), and follow up personally to make sure the guest is happy.
  • VIP Liaison: You’ll handle messages with precision and alert the team when VIP guests arrive so we can roll out the red carpet.
  • Professionalism First: You’ll maintain a sharp, professional appearance and communicate with warmth and clarity, whether in person or over the phone.
  • Team Player: Beyond just your desk, you’ll support your colleagues to reach service goals and suggest new ways to make our operations even smoother.
