Job Description

Communication: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls primarily in Tamil.

Customer Support: Provide accurate information and high-quality assistance to resolve customer inquiries.

Service Excellence: Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive attitude during all customer interactions.

Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information and call logs within the company system.
Requirements

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil (both spoken and written) is essential.

Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in English and/or Sinhala is a significant advantage.

Education: School leavers who have completed their G.C.E. A/L examinations are strongly encouraged to apply.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Aptitude: A proactive “can-do” attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced corporate setting.
