You will be the point person for ensuring our distributor network remains financially healthy and our revenue accounting stays razor-sharp. Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Invoice & Payment Management: You’ll handle daily sales invoices and cheques, ensuring every credit period is accurate before uploading data to Deutsche Bank.
- Banking Coordination: From organizing courier pickups for cheques to confirming bank deposits, you keep the cash flow moving.
- Account Reconciliation: You will clear open-line items in SAP, manage cancelled invoices with Logistics, and process distributor credit notes.
- Credit Control & Risk: You’ll take the lead on managing “returned cheques”—blocking accounts when necessary, calculating interest charges, and keeping management updated with weekly reports.
- Relationship Management: You are the bridge between the company and our distributors, answering queries on payments, exposure, and credit blocks with professionalism and clarity.
