Core Accountabilities:

  • Develop monthly estimated yarn schedules per client and distribute to the merchandising unit for material needs.
  • Align the comprehensive schedule with the dye house, knitting, marketing, development, and front-end coordination units.
  • Organize the monthly schedule accounting for outside and inside stakeholders to optimize throughput and guarantee shipping.
  • Produce finalized raw material schedules per client and distribute to the sales department.
  • Oversee manufacturing progress and adjust for early or delayed bulk orders, updating the Seamless Bulk schedule across Sewing, Dyeing, and Knitting.
  • Generate manufacturing overview logs and distribute them to the Industrial Engineering and Knitting units.
  • Lead the weekly merchandising synchronization sessions.
  • Facilitate the upcoming month’s scheduling talks with the Knitting department.
  • Direct monthly volume reviews to evaluate present and prospective operational status.
  • Communicate scheduling progress updates to the leadership group.
  • Formulate warp knitting production batches and distribute them to the sales unit.

Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Statistics or Mathematics.
  • 1 to 2 years of professional background in a comparable role.
  • Strong verbal and written interaction abilities.
  • Effective organizational and scheduling competencies.
