Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Establish and sustain strong connections with production and support staff to maintain labor turnover and unauthorized absenteeism within agreed business targets.

Operational Support: Assist in fostering a focused and productive floor environment to ensure seamless manufacturing processes.

Data Analytics: Collate and analyze absenteeism and turnover data to generate insightful reports for management decision-making.

Women’s Empowerment: Develop and execute initiatives under the WGB (Women Go Beyond) framework to promote gender equality and uplift female employees within the plant.

Engagement: Drive motivational activities to increase employee morale and alignment with organizational efficiency objectives.
Knowledge and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.

Functional Expertise: Proven ability to manage absenteeism and Labor Turnover (LTO) effectively.

Employee Engagement: Experience in organizing and conducting impactful staff engagement activities.

Conflict Resolution: Strong background in grievance handling and conflict mediation.

Compliance: Clear understanding of disciplinary procedures and the conduct of domestic inquiries.
