Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and various departments to ensure all project follow-ups are completed on schedule.

Customer Relations: Communicate directly with customers to provide timely updates and manage follow-up actions.

Product Development Support: Collaborate with engineers and sample rooms to facilitate the development of new product designs.

Financial Assistance: Support the marketing team with basic cost calculations and pricing tasks.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports to support team decision-making.
Knowledge and Skills

Education: Currently an undergraduate or a fresh graduate in Business Management or Marketing.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office software.
