Job Description

• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain precise stock records, ensuring full reconciliation between the physical inventory and the ERP system.

• Warehouse Operations: Manage the end-to-end flow of spare parts, including receiving, storage, binning, labeling, and issuance with strict traceability.

• Demand Coordination: Monitor parts consumption and collaborate with Service, PDI, and LOMO teams to ensure constant availability.

• Stock Optimization: Maintain optimal stock levels by identifying slow-moving, non-moving, and critical items to prevent both stock-outs and overstocking.

• Planning & Procurement: Recommend reorder levels and safety stock. Coordinate with the procurement team on purchase requests and follow up on pending deliveries.

• Data Integrity: Ensure all Goods Received Notes (GRNs), issues, and stock transfers are recorded accurately in the system.

• Compliance & Audit: Conduct regular stock counts, resolve discrepancies promptly, and maintain audit-ready documentation in line with internal controls.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in inventory or stores operations; experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in using ERP systems and inventory management software.

• Competencies: * Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • High level of accountability and discipline in managing stock and system transactions.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
