Evaluate and execute updated booking protocols. Manage every booking inquiry, modification, and termination submitted via telephone, facsimile, or electronic mail. Pinpoint visitor booking requirements and establish the most suitable lodging category. Confirm the accessibility of specific room types and pricing tiers. Clarify payment guarantees, promotional rates, and annulment guidelines to inquiries. Fulfil and record unique guest requirements. Address inquiries regarding resort amenities, offerings, and sleeping quarters. Employ commercial tactics to optimize financial returns. Record and retrieve information within the booking software. Address any difficulties encountered when fulfilling lodging requests. Establish correct invoicing profiles in accordance with financial regulations. Diagnose, settle, and archive visitor complaints or redirect them to the pertinent staff member.
