Senior AI/ML Engineer – GenAI
Direct the creation, engineering, and implementation of machine learning and GenAI architectures in partnership with AI Systems Designers, Cloud Specialists, and CRM Engineering units. Construct comprehensive ML workflows spanning from data grooming and model instruction to rollout and observation—guaranteeing high capacity, performance, and regulatory adherence. Assess and optimize cutting-edge frameworks like Gemini, GPT-4, and various Large Language Models, embedding them into corporate platforms such as Salesforce. Supervise model refreshing initiatives to uphold functional success, impartiality, and moral benchmarks. Instruct entry-level developers and offer technical guidance on premier methodologies in ML construction, enhancement, and MLOps. Partner across departments with product managers, data specialists, and corporate partners to convert commercial requirements into AI-driven answers. Uphold AI oversight and morality by checking for prejudices, guaranteeing information secrecy compliance, and following accountable AI tenets. Remain current with sector movements, instruments, and academic findings to perpetually modernize and refine AI strengths within the firm. Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Tech, Computer Engineering, or a matching area (post-graduate degree encouraged).
- Verified background of 5 to 8 years in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Design with evident leadership or technical head duties.
- Extensive mastery in Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., Gemini, GPT-4, Claude) and conventional ML, NLP, and Deep Learning methods.
- Mastery of Python and associated ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
