Stewarding Associate
POSITION SUMMARY
Manage and service sanitation machinery and implements, encompassing the automatic dishwasher, hand cleansing sinks, pan-scouring areas, and waste compactors. Cleanse and sterilize galley and pantry sectors, work surfaces, instruments, cutlery, and appliances. Accept incoming shipments, organize perishable items correctly, and cycle inventory. Verify that sanitized wares are kept in designated spots. Utilize soaps, rinsing agents, and disinfecting solutions in the three-compartment basin to wash vessels. Check, remove, and pile washed goods; return dirty items for re-scrubbing and re-cleaning. Organize and spray all racked objects with hot water to detach and clear food debris. Classify, immerse, and clean/re-clean flatware. Dismantle soiled bus pans. Clear and look after rubbish bins and the dumpster zone. Wash and mop every space in allocated divisions.
