Primary Responsibilities & Requirements
1 to 4 years of culinary experience in star-class hotel environments.
Proven track record in preparing diverse pastries, breads, doughs, creams, and complex desserts.
High level of proficiency in cake decoration, fine finishing techniques, and food presentation.
Thorough understanding of food safety guidelines and kitchen hygiene protocols.
Strong ability to handle high-pressure service while keeping efficient time management.
Effective communication skills to collaborate smoothly with the broader kitchen team.
Maximum age limit of 45 years.
