Job Description
We are seeking target-driven hospitality talent to join a premier 15-acre resort in southern Sri Lanka featuring 54 rooms and lush tropical surroundings.
Food & Beverage – Executive
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar hotel capacity within Sri Lanka
- Strategic creation and execution of innovative, cost-effective F&B concepts
- Fluency in English and Sinhala; German proficiency serves as a strong advantage
- Hands-on leadership in dining room and kitchen operations by practical demonstration
- Understanding of Ayurveda cuisine is advantageous
- Hospitality diploma or relevant degree qualification
- Male candidates aged between 33 and 45 years
Front Office – Supervisor
- At least 3 years experience in star-class properties locally or internationally
- Formal hospitality qualification, diploma, or degree from a recognized institution
- Excellent written and spoken English; French or German capabilities preferred
- Professional conduct and leadership capabilities for daily operational oversight
- Thorough operational knowledge of front-of-house procedures
