Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in Management Accounting to advance their career within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

• Financial Monitoring: Closely monitor cash flow, departmental expenses, and overall financial performance.

• Closing Processes: Assist in the timely and accurate execution of month-end and year-end closing cycles.

• Compliance & Audit: Ensure all financial activities align with accounting standards and company policies; provide essential support for internal and external audits.

• Insights & Variance: Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management.

• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous financial records and comprehensive documentation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive financial efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Professional Qualification: Partly or fully qualified in Management Accounting (e.g., CIMA or an equivalent professional body).

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar finance or accounting role.

• Technical Skills: * Strong command of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

  • High proficiency in MS Excel and modern accounting software packages.

• Competencies: * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High level of precision and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
