The Role
Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join MAS Intimates as an Assistant Commercial. In this role, you will support the operational activities of our Procurement and Logistics sections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across deliverables to aid the overall department workflow.
Key Responsibilities

Shipment Tracking: Monitor the physical movement of shipments and collaborate with the wharf team to ensure customs clearance and smooth transfer to CFS/port, escalating issues when necessary.

Documentation & System Updates: Obtain carrier and cargo forwarding details from forwarders to prepare final documents. Update internal, customer, and ASN systems according to specific requirements.

Compliance: Prepare and secure all necessary statutory certificates required by importing countries for economic and non-economic compliance.

Invoicing & Finance: Raise shipment invoices, support commercial finance teams with payment follow-ups, and process service provider invoices while maintaining accurate payment records and reconciliations.

Record Keeping: Organize, file, and maintain all shipping documents in an orderly manner to meet both customs laws and customer retention policies.

Coordination: Forward final shipping instructions and container load plans to forwarders, and follow up on booking forms with the relevant FG or plant teams.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: Degree in Logistics or a related field.

Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics and commercial operations.

Attributes: Highly organized, methodical, and a strong collaborator who excels in a team environment.
