The Role
In this role, you will work closely with all customer-facing and support departments, partnering with the business to ensure functions are equipped with the right financial insights and analysis to enable informed, strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering: Partner with customer interface and support service functions to drive performance, foster collaboration, and support the achievement of overall business goals.

Profitability Reporting: Generate customer profitability reports, including detailed variance analysis and insightful commentary to support data-driven business decisions.

Balance Sheet Oversight: Monitor and oversee balance sheet health, ensuring the accuracy and timely review of key financial positions and movements.

Management Reporting: Prepare regular management performance reports complemented by ad-hoc financial analysis to guide leadership choices.

Sales Performance & Forecasting: Track, monitor, and forecast sales performance to identify emerging trends, risks, and commercial opportunities for proactive action.

Product Analysis: Perform pre-order and post-order product analyses to evaluate demand patterns, improve planning accuracy, and back commercial decisions.

Data Visualization: Develop and maintain visual data software tools and interactive dashboards for streamlined data representation and advanced analysis.
Qualifications and Skills

Education: Degree in Finance or a related discipline, or a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or CA.

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar financial role.

Core Competencies: Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in data visualization/dashboard tools, and excellent collaborative skills.
