The Role
Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS! We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure all operational activities for the Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Team within Legato HR Operations are implemented in a timely, SLA-driven, and effective manner. In this role, you will contribute to process improvement opportunities and help drive a performance-focused culture with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Support the HRSS TA recruiter with end-to-end talent acquisition workflows, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and requesting/validating candidate documentation.

System Maintenance: Ensure all internal recruitment platforms and databases are updated accurately and on time.

Talent Pipeline Building: Create and maintain a structured CV pool of potential and “ready now” candidates for current and upcoming openings. Conduct passive candidate searches as required to support active recruitment.

Networking & Sourcing: Work closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) to expand MAS’s reach across professional networks, universities, and student bodies.

Intern Database Management: Oversee the intern database to build an active alumni network that serves as an additional talent sourcing stream.
Knowledge and Skills

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or an equivalent professional HR qualification.

Experience: 6 to 12 months of practical experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR operations.

Core Competencies: Strong organizational habits with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
