The Role
We are looking for a vibrant and motivated Intern – Talent Attraction to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, employer branding, and corporate engagement, helping us connect with and attract top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of career fairs, university engagement initiatives, and student skill development programs.

Employer Branding: Assist with the coordination of ongoing Employer Branding activities and candidate outreach campaigns.

Team Support: Help manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the Talent Attraction department, ensuring smooth workflows.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Education: A proactive and passionate undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Attributes: Energetic, outgoing, and eager to learn, collaborate, and create a meaningful impact.

Core Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively support the team in executing various recruitment projects.
