The Role

We are seeking a proactive Intern – Digital Excellence to support our digital transformation and project management initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional technical teams to track project progress, manage tasks, and help deliver seamless digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Tracking: Assist in developing comprehensive project schedules, identifying key milestones, and tracking overall progress to ensure timely delivery.

• Jira Management: Utilize Jira project management software to create, manage, and prioritize tasks, track deadlines, and monitor project timelines. Create and organize Jira dashboards to provide clear visualizations of project status and team performance.

• Meeting & Task Coordination: Prepare detailed meeting agendas, take accurate minutes during discussions, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and timely execution.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams—including Process Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders—to help identify and resolve issues that impact project deliverables.

• Rollout & Deployment Support: Actively participate in the planning and execution of project rollouts, coordinating with deployment teams to facilitate resource availability and alignment with project goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Currently an undergraduate university student pursuing an IT, Computer Science, or technology-related degree, seeking an official internship period.

• Core Competencies: Familiarity with project management concepts (knowledge of Jira is a plus), strong organizational habits, and excellent communication skills.
