Job description

We’re hiring an HR Executive to own the full people function at our Johar Town, Lahore office. If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys building teams, keeping operations tight, and making employees feel heard – this role is for you.

What you’ll do
• Drive end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and support payroll processing
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and day-to-day HR queries with discretion
• Assist in rolling out HR policies and ensuring labor law compliance
• Coordinate performance reviews, training sessions, and engagement activities
• Partner with leadership on strategic people initiatives

What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on HR experience
• Solid grasp of HR operations, labor laws, and best practices
• Strong English communication skills — you’ll be conducting candidate calls
• Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS experience is a bonus

The details
• 📍 Onsite — Johar Town, Lahore
• 🕕 Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT, Monday to Saturday
• 💰 Rs 75,000 – 120,000/month (based on experience)
