Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vendor Registration & Prequalification Coordinator with a solid background in Cable managment system, Flooring Sector, Entrance Mat, Stair nosing, Movement Joints & Expension joints etc and a proven track record in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor registrations and prequalification with contractors, consultants, developers, and interior design companies.
• Coordinate product approval submissions and follow up with consultants.
• Prepare and submit technical documents, catalogs, certifications, and compliance records.
• Maintain registration portals and ensure company information remains up to date.
• Liaise with the sales, technical, and estimating teams to support project opportunities.
• Track approval status and maintain a database of registrations and consultant approvals.
• Coordinate renewals of vendor registrations and required certifications.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Businees Administration, Civil Engineering or Machanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials (e.g., Cable tray managment system, Entrance Mat, Stair Nosing, Expansion Joints, Movement Joints & Tile Trim etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• English, Urdu or Arabic speaking preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
