In this hybrid role, you will be embedded with our esteemed international client, Sitecore, a global leader in digital experience platforms used by brands like Porsche, Starbucks, and L’Oréal.

You will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, building and productionizing AI-powered backend services, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows that deliver intelligent, personalized digital experiences at an enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Engineering & Productionization

• LLM Pipelines: Develop and deploy production-grade LLM pipelines, focusing on retrieval, orchestration, and advanced prompt strategies.

• RAG Systems: Implement and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including embeddings generation and vector search.

• Agentic Workflows: Design multi-step AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AI Foundry.

• Evaluation: Contribute to frameworks that measure the accuracy, relevance, and trustworthiness of generative AI outputs.

2. Backend Development

• Service Architecture: Build resilient, cloud-native backend services and APIs in a multitenant environment.

• Automation: Leverage copilots and intelligent agents to automate your own coding tasks and operational workflows.

• Scalability: Ensure system robustness using Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

3. Integration & Tooling

• Structured AI: Work with MCP-based tooling (Model Context Protocol) and structured AI action frameworks.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Develop solutions primarily within the Azure ecosystem (or AWS).

Qualifications & Experience

• Core Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Technical Stack: * Expert-level Python development.

  • Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.

  • Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Pydantic.

• AI Domain Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector stores.

  • Familiarity with agentic systems and orchestration patterns.

  • Knowledge of LLM evaluation techniques.

• Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure (preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Knowledge Graphs, ontologies, or taxonomy-driven retrieval.

• Background in fine-tuning LLMs or implementing AI safety guardrails.

• Experience in building AI assistants or contextual help solutions.
