Role Purpose
The Senior Executive – Strategy & Transformation supports the formulation and implementation of the 3-to-5-year Long-Range Plan (LRP) for the Key Accounts Group (KAG). Working under the guidance of Senior Management and Corporate teams, you will monitor sales, growth, and profitability while reviewing risk mitigation strategies. You are also responsible for ensuring all duties align with organizational health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy Implementation: Coordinate and deploy Long-Range Plans at the Key Account Group level.

Performance Monitoring: Track the progress of LRP projects through monthly performance reviews and quarterly workstream evaluations.

Reporting & Risk Management: Prepare risk mitigation plans, report on key LRP metrics, and actively participate in strategic forums.

Special Projects: Execute assigned functional requirements and provide support for cross-customer LRP initiatives as needed.
Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, or General Management. Professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or CA are highly regarded.

Experience: 4–5+ years of relevant experience with a strong background in cross-functional operations, analytical thinking, and process orientation.

Business Acumen: Strong commercial insight and customer strategy development.

Financial Literacy: Proficiency in financial reporting and analytical metrics.

Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and strategic projects.
