Role Purpose
The Senior Executive – Learning & Development is responsible for the end-to-end execution of training programs, from planning and needs analysis to evaluation. You will play a key role in overseeing performance and talent management processes while ensuring all activities comply with organizational health and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Training Planning: Support the development of annual and monthly training calendars and program lists within allocated budgets.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external partners to schedule and conduct training programs for the executive cadre.

Group Initiatives: Drive functional T&D initiatives as directed by the Group HR team, including coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programs.

Talent Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management cycles and talent development frameworks.
Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management (HRM).

Experience: 4–6+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a focus on L&D.
Technical Competencies

L&D Expertise: Strong understanding of learning and development frameworks and evaluation techniques.

HR Technology: Proficiency in HR digital integration and talent assessment tools.

Data Driven: Ability to derive talent insights through analytics to improve program effectiveness.
