Executive – Inside Sales (Sales Specialist)

Relationship Management: Build and strengthen client relationships to foster long-term, sustainable partnerships.
Account Maintenance: Maintain accurate client records, ensuring all contract updates and renewals are tracked systematically.
Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside sales and internal teams to develop marketing plans and ensure all KPIs are consistently met.
Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of product and service offerings to effectively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Customer Support: Proactively handle inquiries and requests from customers within the assigned territory, addressing their specific needs.
Account Monitoring: Stay updated on assigned accounts to ensure services remain within client budgets while meeting their operational requirements.
Team Coordination: Regularly coordinate with team members to discuss progress, share insights, and identify new opportunities for business improvement.

Academic Foundation: Minimum of 3 passes at the GCE Advanced Level (A/L).
Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience.
Preferred Background: Experience in last-mile delivery, customer service, or sales is highly advantageous.
Professional Qualifications: A part qualification in SLIM or CIM will be considered a significant added advantage.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Sinhala is required; the ability to speak Tamil is a plus.
Technical Skills: Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office packages.
