Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of ongoing operational and continuous improvement projects.

• Process Optimization: Gain exposure to and apply basic Operations Research (OR) concepts, including data modeling, forecasting, and decision-making techniques.

• Data Analytics: Utilize a strong analytical mindset to collect, interpret, and visualize data, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.

• Operational Support: Assist the Lean team in identifying inefficiencies and implementing optimized workflows across the value stream.

Knowledge and Skills

• Education: Currently pursuing or a fresh graduate with a Degree in Physical Science, Business Management, or a related field.

• Technical Exposure: A foundational understanding of Operational Research and process optimization.

• Analytical Ability: Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in tools used for data interpretation and visualization.

• Soft Skills: Highly organized with the ability to track multiple project timelines effectively.
