At MAS Bodyline, we are positioned as a center of excellence, integrating advanced technology and product innovation to meet evolving consumer expectations. We are looking for a results-driven Executive – Industrial Engineering to drive operational efficiency and lean transformation.
Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement across assigned modules using Lean and Industrial Engineering principles. Maximize the utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery while standardizing processes.

Productivity & Kaizen: Ensure optimal use of autonomation solutions and lead Kaizen activities to achieve maximum productivity gains.

Production Integration: Manage critical-path activities for factory integration and execute “quick changeover” processes to minimize bucket loss and downtime in production.

Skill Development: Collaborate with the technical training team and Group Leaders to ensure the workforce’s skill levels meet value stream standards.

Project Management: Implement specialized Lean projects—such as dancing modules, chassis base planning, machine uberization, and continuous flow—to deliver targeted business results.

Work Balancing: Conduct Yamazumi (load leveling) analysis to identify bottlenecks, suggest efficiency-improving solutions, and provide necessary technical training.

Governance & Compliance: Uphold the MAS DNA by adhering to group policies, procedures, and legal regulations, ensuring all actions align with the defined governance framework.
Knowledge and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physical Science, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of production experience specifically within the apparel sector.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing tools and Industrial Engineering methodologies.

Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
