As an intern at Shadowline Katunayake, you will join a unified platform that combines global scale with technical expertise, providing a foundational experience in world-class quality management.
Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics: Analyze departmental data and generate comprehensive reports for the Facility Capability Audit (FCA) department to track compliance and performance.

Process Auditing: Conduct regular process audits within the manufacturing facility to ensure adherence to established quality standards.

Operational Collaboration: Share audit findings with the operations team and follow up on corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and present data-driven insights to the Quality Assurance leadership team.
Skills and Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing or a fresh graduate with a Degree in Statistics, Physical Sciences, or a related analytical field.

Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Attributes: High attention to detail and an analytical mindset capable of identifying patterns and process gaps.
