Job Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential customers to consistently achieve business unit revenue targets.

  • Business Development: Identify and secure new sales opportunities within the Corporate and Government sectors.

  • Debt Management: Ensure healthy cash flow by maintaining the customer debt collection period through daily follow-ups and prompt payment collections.

  • Promotional Campaigns: Organize and execute sales campaigns to increase brand awareness and promote JKOA’s extensive product ranges.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and circulate regular reports to management.

Person Specifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in IT-related products or a similar capacity.

  • Operations: Proven experience in handling Distribution Operations.

  • Qualifications: A full or partial qualification in a Marketing or Sales-related discipline is a definite advantage.

  • Skills: Self-motivated and target-oriented with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Location: Ideally residing in or around the Batticaloa area.

  • License: Must possess a valid motorcycle riding license.
