Job Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding the existing customer base within the Southern Province.

• Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities within the Corporate and Government sectors.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales and collection targets within specified timeframes to ensure business sustainability.

• Promotional Activities: Organize and execute high-impact sales campaigns and product demonstrations to promote JKOA’s diverse product range.

• Customer Retention: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service standards.

Person Specifications

• Experience: Prior experience in Sales, particularly within the IT, Office Automation, or Consumer Electronics sectors, is highly preferred.

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.

• Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a competitive field environment.

• Location: Candidates residing in or around the Matara or Hambantota areas are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Mobility: Must possess a valid riding/driving license to facilitate field visits.
