The Role

We are seeking an energetic, results-oriented Executive – Brand & Activation to drive our brand-building initiatives and field activities. In this role, you will be the key driver behind planning and executing on-ground activations, promotional campaigns, and corporate events designed to elevate brand visibility and maximize customer engagement across Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Plan and implement high-impact brand activation campaigns and promotional activities from concept to completion.

• Event Coordination: Lead the logistics and coordination for on-ground events, roadshows, and marketing activations.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of all projects.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign progress, evaluate performance against objectives, and provide detailed post-activation reports.

• Creative Contribution: Assist in developing innovative creative concepts for new promotions and brand experiences.

• Multichannel Support: Provide integrated support for both digital and offline marketing initiatives to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Education:

• Education: A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand activations, or event coordination.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; specific experience in event management software or tools is an advantage.

Core Competencies:

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts of an event simultaneously.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences and partners.

• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and travel for on-site activations as required by the project schedule.

• Drive: A self-motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude toward hitting engagement targets.
