Dialog Axiata is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead sales operations and customer engagement across key regional markets. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can navigate the fast-paced telecommunications landscape to empower Small and Medium Enterprises with cutting-edge connectivity solutions.

The Job

  • Sales Acquisition: Drive aggressive sales growth and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Solution Selling: Promote Dialog’s comprehensive quad-play solutions (Mobile, Fixed, Television, and Broadband) to both new prospects and existing SME clients.

  • Relationship Management: Ensure long-term customer retention and brand loyalty through proactive and strategic account engagement.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and provide detailed reports on sales performance and competitor activity.

  • Operational Excellence: Uphold company policies while contributing to process improvements that enhance the efficiency of the enterprise sales cycle.


Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Education: GCE A/L completion along with a Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Management.

  • Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates from the Telecommunications or Enterprise Solutions sectors.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Multilingual: Strong communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and English are essential for regional stakeholder engagement.

  • Strategic Acumen: Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to identify high-potential business opportunities.

  • Mindset: A deeply customer-centric approach coupled with the resilience to thrive in a target-driven environment.
