The Job

Sales Acquisition: Drive aggressive sales growth and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Solution Selling: Promote Dialog’s comprehensive quad-play solutions (Mobile, Fixed, Television, and Broadband) to both new prospects and existing SME clients.

Relationship Management: Ensure long-term customer retention and brand loyalty through proactive and strategic account engagement.

Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and provide detailed reports on sales performance and competitor activity.

Operational Excellence: Uphold company policies while contributing to process improvements that enhance the efficiency of the enterprise sales cycle.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:

Education: GCE A/L completion along with a Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Management.

Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates from the Telecommunications or Enterprise Solutions sectors.
Skills & Attributes:

Multilingual: Strong communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and English are essential for regional stakeholder engagement.
