The Role

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to build a strategic link between our operational capabilities and core business objectives. You will contribute to the unit’s profitability by controlling costs, recognizing growth opportunities, and rapidly adapting to changing customer and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly budget reports and departmental KPI charts to monitor performance. Maintain the customer complaints register to ensure service quality is tracked and compared effectively.

  • Operational Alignment: Attend meetings with Heads of Departments (HODs) to identify performance variances and collaborate on necessary corrective actions.

  • Customer Strategy: Facilitate customer visits and analyze customer behavior to proactively address their needs.

  • Business Intelligence: Prepare strategic business presentations and high-level reports for key meetings to support decision-making.


Knowledge and Skills

Education & Experience:

  • Education: An academic or professional qualification in Finance or Business Management.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a business analysis or financial planning role.

Core Competencies:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.

  • Planning & Organizing: Excellent skills in managing multiple reports and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Ability to present findings clearly to senior leadership and negotiate cross-departmental actions.

  • IT Literacy: Proficiency in MS Excel and presentation tools is essential.
