Role Purpose

The Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance ensures that all manufactured merchandise meets rigorous customer quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing quality guidelines and maintaining strict procedural adherence within your assigned section.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance: Monitor and enforce quality procedures to ensure all products meet specific customer requirements.

  • Problem Solving: Resolve routine quality issues using relevant statistical tools and data-driven methods.

  • Reporting: Maintain and update MIS reports and documentation according to defined formats.

  • Leadership: Supervise and manage the section’s quality team to drive operational excellence.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Advanced Level qualification, Diploma, or Certificate in Clothing Technology.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a Quality function.

Core Competencies

  • Strategic Alignment: Ability to drive vision, growth, and simplify complex processes.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to engage customers and inspire team members.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Foundational knowledge of Fabric and Customer Insights.

    • In-depth understanding of Quality Systems, Processes, and Manufacturing Excellence.
