The Role

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are looking for a dedicated Assistant – Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth through proactive order hunting, placement, and execution. You will be responsible for managing finished goods (FG) inventory and achieving monthly sales targets, ensuring our customers receive high-quality products on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Manage sales and marketing activities to hit monthly revenue targets and achieve key performance metrics, ensuring the organization’s commercial success.

  • Strategy Alignment: Support the development and implementation of sales strategies that align with MAS TEXO’s broader business goals.

  • Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key customers through clear communication; provide solutions to their issues and proactively request annual forecasts.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the planning team to ensure product specifications meet customer needs and facilitate on-time delivery.

  • Logistics Coordination: Manage the delivery arrangements for both samples and bulk batches based on specific customer requirements and timelines.


Knowledge and Skills

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Currently an Undergraduate in Management, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role.

Core Competencies:

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with global stakeholders.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to work with data and forecasts to drive sales decisions.

  • Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple orders and delivery schedules simultaneously.

  • Result-Oriented: A proactive mindset focused on hitting targets and providing timely solutions.
