The Role

W Hotels is on a mission to Ignite Curiosity and Expand Worlds. As a Concierge Agent for the W Residences, you are the ultimate insider and the face of our Whatever/Whenever service philosophy. You won’t just provide information; you’ll bring the passions of our Residence owners to life. Whether it’s securing a hard-to-get reservation or perfectly orchestrating a move-in, you’ll reinvent the norms of luxury by being original, innovative, and always up for anything.

Key Responsibilities

Owner & Guest Relations

  • The Connector: Respond to Residence owners’ and guests’ requests for local info, transportation, dining, and special arrangements by identifying top-tier providers.

  • Whatever/Whenever: Handle unique and special requests with a “can-do” spirit, following up personally to ensure total satisfaction.

  • Lobby Ambassador: Serve as the primary point of contact in the lobby, providing a warm, high-energy welcome to all owners and visitors.

  • Property Expert: Stay “tuned-in” to the local scene, providing curated information on property amenities, local events, and hidden gems.

Operations & Security

  • Access Control: Maintain the exclusivity of the Residences by announcing all visitors and contractors to owners before granting access and managing the key track system.

  • Communication Hub: Answer and process all calls and messages; coordinate with Engineering, Bell/Valet, and Housekeeping to resolve requests instantly.

  • Logistics Support: Assist with elevator scheduling for move-ins/outs and coordinate owner vehicle requests with the valet team.

  • Documentation: Review shift logs and document pertinent daily information to ensure seamless team transitions.

W Culture & Standards

  • Service Excellence: Adhere to the highest standards of service excellence, treating every interaction with genuine appreciation.

  • Professionalism: Maintain a clean, professional “W” look and ensure the confidentiality of all proprietary owner information.

  • Safety First: Report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management and complete all required safety training.


Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of related experience in a high-end concierge, hospitality, or residential services role.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
