• Luxor Kirindi Ella Resort & Spa – Boutique hotel in Bandarawela

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical individual to join our leadership team as Executive – Business Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Group CEO by delivering insights on business performance and growth opportunities

• Conduct detailed financial, operational, and industry-specific research and analysis

• Develop executive-level reports, presentations, and performance dashboards

• Facilitate alignment and communication between the Group CEO and various business unit leaders

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all outputs

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or Statistics

• Professional qualification (fully or part-qualified) in CA / CIMA or equivalent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical/reporting tools

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment

Additional Requirements

• Age: Preference will be given to candidates below 40 years

• Work Type: On-site, full-time role based in Bandarawela (candidates must be willing to relocate or commute)
