We are seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations with visionary leadership and operational expertise. You are a strategic, hands-on, and quality-driven leader who understands that world-class cuisine is the soul of a memorable guest stay.
Key Responsibilities

Culinary Leadership: Oversee the efficient operation of all kitchen outlets, ensuring top-tier food quality, presentation, and service consistency.

Concept Innovation: Develop creative menus and dining concepts that align with brand standards, market trends, and guest expectations.

Operational Collaboration: Partner with department heads to ensure seamless service delivery and peak guest satisfaction.

Team Empowerment: Manage and inspire the culinary brigade, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous professional growth.

Financial Oversight: Manage food cost controls, budgeting, and inventory to maximize profitability while maintaining uncompromising quality.

Talent Management: Ensure optimal staffing levels and lead training and performance management initiatives.

Supply Chain: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the highest quality ingredients.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure full adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, meeting all legal and audit requirements.

Feedback-Driven Improvement: Monitor guest feedback and introduce innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge and enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications

Proven Experience: Essential experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.

Education: Formal culinary training or a Diploma in Culinary Arts (preferred).

Leadership: Strong track record of leading large, diverse kitchen brigades with a hands-on, proactive style.

Technical Mastery: Exceptional knowledge of international cuisines, modern techniques, and current food trends.

Business Acumen: Strong financial skills, including experience in food costing, budgeting, and inventory control.

Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
