Executive – HR
Location: Dankotuwa, Sri Lanka

Job Responsibilities

Operational Liaison: Act as a key point of contact, liaising directly with the HR Manager and Plant Manager on all personnel and administrative matters.

Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive, transparent work environment that encourages open communication and employee feedback.

Data & Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics to produce comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of, and ensure strict adherence to, all relevant local labor laws and regulations.

Performance Management: Facilitate the appraisal process and collaborate with employees on professional progression and development plans.

Talent Acquisition: Execute recruitment drives and camps to fill vacancies promptly, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations.

Payroll & HRIS: Ensure the timely processing of salaries and wages for both staff and manual workers. Maintain proficiency in using HRIS systems for accurate payroll preparation.
Candidate Profile

Education: Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management or a degree from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar HR capacity.

Academic Foundation: At least 2 credit passes in English and Mathematics (GCE O/L) and 2 passes at the GCE A/L examination.

Technical Skills: Strong command of the MS Office package and effective communication skills.

Leadership: A proven leader with interpersonal strengths, capable of motivating and educating department managers and staff.

Location: Candidates residing in or near Dankotuwa are strongly preferred.
