The Role
We are looking for a vibrant Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. At Radisson, we look beyond the resume for individuals with character, talent, and a passion for people. You will bring energy and creativity to our talent development initiatives, enhancing team member learning experiences that contribute to both individual growth and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities

Functional Support: Support the effective operation of the L&D function, ensuring all training activities are planned and delivered to the highest standards.

Capability Building: Collaborate with departments to enhance team member skills and service excellence, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Program Coordination: Take ownership of coordinating training programs and maintaining comprehensive learning records in a professional and organized manner.

Goal Alignment: Contribute to achieving departmental training objectives and hotel learning initiatives in line with brand standards and development targets.

Needs Identification: Partner with department heads and managers to identify training gaps, monitor progress, and support performance improvement.

Culture Ambassador: Build strong working relationships across all departments while promoting the organization’s values and commitment to employee growth.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all training records and compliance requirements are maintained in line with legislation, brand standards, and audit requirements.
Qualifications

Education: Professional qualification from a recognized Hotel School or Hospitality Management institute.

Experience: Basic experience in HR or Learning & Development within the hospitality sector is a distinct advantage.

Aptitude: A hands-on, proactive work style with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Passion: A genuine drive for team member development and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Tech Savvy: Good knowledge of IT systems and modern training/learning platforms.

Professionalism: High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
