Job Purpose

We are seeking a versatile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. You will act as a facilitator for Agile processes while maintaining a keen eye on requirement traceability and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Engineering & Analysis

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Functional Consultants, SMEs, and Developers to gather and document comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Artifact Creation: Develop high-quality user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to drive effective backlog grooming and sprint planning.

  • Traceability: Coordinate across QA, Development, and Product teams to ensure all requirements are tracked and aligned throughout the delivery process.

Agile Leadership & Delivery

  • Scrum Mastery: Lead all Agile scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Backlog Management: Conduct regular backlog refinement sessions to ensure the team is focused on high-priority, well-defined tasks.

  • Release Support: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and validating that solutions are ready for deployment.

Project Governance & Communication

  • Risk Management: Proactively track open issues, risks, and dependencies, ensuring clear and timely communication of project status to all stakeholders.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain internal knowledge bases and external release notes to facilitate smooth delivery and client enablement.

  • Strategic Support: Assist in pre-sales activities and business development engagements as a subject matter expert.


Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills:

  • Methodology: Proven experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • Technical Writing: Strong ability to create clear Business Analysis (BA) artifacts and technical documentation.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage expectations across diverse technical and non-technical teams.

  • Domain Knowledge: Preferred (but not mandatory) expertise in Clinical Quality, Healthcare Reporting, or Payer/Provider workflows.
