Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Transmission Line to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of specialized transmission projects. You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed within scope, on schedule, and under budget. This role requires a robust technical background and direct, hands-on experience in the power transmission sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee transmission line projects from initial planning and site initiation through to final completion.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure all deliverables meet strict quality and timeline benchmarks.

• Compliance & Safety: Enforce adherence to industry safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality protocols.

• Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of personnel and equipment while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to provide direct oversight and ensure technical execution aligns with project designs.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

• Mandatory Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager specifically within transmission line projects.

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of transmission line construction, design principles, and execution strategies.

• Certifications: PMP or an equivalent recognized project management certification is highly preferred.

• Industry Background: Extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure or power sector developments.

• Core Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
