Role Overview

As a React Lead, you will drive the development of high-performance user interfaces, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into elegant UI solutions. You will be responsible for setting technical standards, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, responsive web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feature Development: Lead the development of new user-facing features using React.js, ensuring functional and responsive designs across all devices.

  • Architecture & Reusability: Build and maintain high-quality, reusable UI components and front-end libraries for long-term scalability.

  • Code Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high quality.

  • Integration & Collaboration: Work alongside back-end developers to seamlessly integrate UI components with server-side logic and APIs.

  • Performance Optimization: Optimize application components for maximum speed and performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive UI documentation, including style guides and design patterns.

  • Mentorship & Support: Troubleshoot complex bugs, provide technical guidance to team members, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Technical Qualifications & Skills

  • Core Tech: Expert-level proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

  • State Management: Strong experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX, as well as deep knowledge of the Context API.

  • Testing & Debugging: Proven ability to test and debug UI code to ensure error-free deployments.

  • Modern Trends: Familiarity with AI integration and emerging web development technologies.

  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
