Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and disciplined Admin Officer to oversee administrative operations at our Stitching Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day facility coordination, maintaining rigorous workplace discipline, managing administrative assets, and ensuring seamless material movement through data entries and gate passes.
Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations: Oversee all administrative functions of the Stitching Unit to guarantee smooth daily activities, workplace discipline, cleanliness, and an organized working environment.

Facility Management: Monitor and maintain office and production facilities, coordinate routine and corrective maintenance, and optimize the utilization of administrative resources.

Asset & Supply Control: Maintain accurate inventory records of administrative assets. Monitor purchase requests (PR), issuance, and consumption patterns for stationery, janitorial items, and office supplies.

Vendor & Service Coordination: Supervise third-party contractors handling canteen, transportation, and housekeeping services, following up regularly to ensure deliverables meet company standards.

Employee Welfare: Directly manage housekeeping and canteen operations to maintain high hygiene and service standards, addressing administrative matters related to employee welfare.

System Documentation: Perform accurate inward and outward data entries in SAP and G-Tech systems.

Gate Pass Management: Prepare and issue manual and system-based inward/outward gate passes in strict accordance with standard company procedures.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with Inventory, Purchase, Security, and Production departments to facilitate smooth material movement, stock verifications, tracking, and internal audit activities.

Reporting: Maintain clean administrative records, prepare operational reports, and provide regular status updates to management.

General Duties: Support neighboring departments (HR, Maintenance, Production) with auxiliary administrative tasks and handle other facility duties as assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in administration, office management, or facility coordination—ideally within a manufacturing, garment, or textile environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in system-based tracking, with practical knowledge of SAP, G-Tech, or similar ERP software preferred.

Core Competencies: Strong organization skills, firm handling of workplace discipline, and excellent cross-departmental communication capabilities.
