KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and analyze indirect absenteeism trends.
- Implement strategies to reduce absenteeism and improve employee retention.
- Process death donation claims promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with families and relevant departments to ensure timely disbursement and resolution.
- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through regular events and feedback mechanisms.
- Maintain records of VOP.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of team member concerns.
- Liaise with insurance providers to track the status of claims.
- Communicate updates to employees and assist in resolving issues efficiently.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Following a Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Management
- Good & clear communication skills ‐ written & verbal
- Computer literacy MS Office – Excel, word, PowerPoint
- English and Sinhala language proficiency
