We are looking for a motivated Cloud Operations Intern to support our IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations team. You will assist in operating and maintaining cloud platforms, supporting ITSM processes, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for undergraduates or recent graduates who are eager to learn cloud technologies and grow in the IT field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and monitoring cloud and infrastructure platforms
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes (ITSM)
• Help identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues
• Assist with patching, updates, and routine maintenance tasks
• Maintain basic documentation and operational procedures

• Currently following or recently completed a degree/diploma in Cloud Computing, IT, or Computer Science
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud concepts
• Interest in ITSM and operational support work as well as a strong interest in IT and cloud technologies
• Good communication skills in English
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
• Basic knowledge of at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Linux or Windows fundamentals
• Awareness of networking, security, and virtualization basics
