Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in operations within a star-class hotel or luxury resort, including at least 5 years in senior management roles in the Food & Beverage department.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively and drive operational excellence.
• Extensive experience in managing F&B operations, including menu development, cost control, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrated success in increasing profitability while maintaining high service standards.
