Job Summary
360 by Dr. Cherry is looking for energetic and organized human resource professionals to join our growing team. We are currently accepting applications for two distinct levels within our HR department: HR Intern / HR Assistant and HR Executive. Both roles will actively contribute to the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations and employee management.
Key Responsibilities (Applicable to both roles at varying levels of autonomy)

Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Database Management: Maintain and systematically update employee records, personal physical files, and HR databases.

Payroll & Attendance: Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and overtime details to provide accurate data for monthly payroll preparation.

Employee Lifecycle: Handle smooth employee onboarding for new hires as well as managing exit formalities for departing staff.

Documentation: Prepare HR-related letters, contracts, internal reports, and other necessary documentation.

Policy & Engagement: Support the implementation of company HR policies, and assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee welfare activities.
Role Requirements
1. HR Intern / HR Assistant

Education: Bachelor’s degree or a full/part professional qualification in Human Resource Management from CIPM or a recognized institution/university.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related operational field.

Knowledge: Solid baseline understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and general best practices.

Core Skills: Good working knowledge of the MS Office package, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attributes: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.

Preference: Female candidates only.
2. HR Executive

Education: Bachelor’s degree or a completed professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar HR operational role.

Technical Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office applications and hands-on experience with HRIS software.

Knowledge: Strong, practical understanding of local labor laws, compliance, and strategic HR practices.

Attributes: High attention to detail, a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality, and excellent teamwork abilities.

Preference: Female candidates are preferred.
