Key Purpose of the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the formulation and implementation of the 3-to-5-year Long-Range Plan (LRP) across the Key Accounts Group (KAG), under the guidance of the Senior Management team, Group Customer team, Corporate Marketing, and the Finance team. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on sales, growth, and profitability plans, as well as reviewing risk mitigation strategies across KAG functions as determined by the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • LRP Implementation: Oversee the coordination and execution of the Group’s Long-Range Plans at the KAG level.

  • Progress Tracking: Responsibility for tracking and reviewing LRP progress and strategic projects for the KAG, including organizing Monthly Performance Reviews and Quarterly Workstream Reviews.

  • Risk & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive risk mitigation plans, report on critical LRP metrics, and actively participate in LRP governance forums.

  • Special Projects: Implement assigned special projects, handle ad-hoc functional requirements of the KAG, and provide operational support for cross-customer LRP projects as required.

Education and Experience (Requirements)

  • Education: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related professional field.

  • Experience: 4 to 5 plus years of relevant corporate experience, featuring a strong working knowledge across business functions, excellent analytical skills, and a process-oriented mindset.
